We undertake MEP Design and Sustainability Consultancy (BREEAM/WELL) for New Build Office Developments and Refurbishment Offices/Workplace Buildings. This includes Base build and CAT ‘A’ Developers finish, with CAT ‘A’ Tenant Enhancements and can involve part floor or multiple floor, toilet core and receptions refurbishments to wholescale building refurbishments with extensions. This often includes where existing tenants are in occupation, requiring enabling works and phased refurbishments projects.

Office Workplace Fitout

Working with Leading Occupier/Tenants we undertake MEP Design and Sustainability Consultancy (BREEAM/WELL) for Office fitouts, often referred to as Cat ‘B’ office fit-out. We carry out initial building selection and due diligence studies as well as negotiations with Landlords. Designing to high density occupation providing agile working platforms for the modern relaxed and changing office space.

Hotels

Working in the hospitality sectors, there is a changing platform in terms of hotel offers and current trends, with varying options of technology integration to make hotel rooms smarter, with a refined user experience for everyday life. We design small boutique hotels to major new build hotel developments in central London, prominent brands, famous locations. Our design commences with Pre-planning activities, with Energy Strategies and Sustainability Assessments right through the design process to handover and soft landings.

Student Accommodation

Across the UK, we have delivered small bespoke student accommodation to large Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) utilising centralised energy systems to decentralised energy systems. Undertaking energy strategies and sustainability profiling, from issue concept stage to Planning Submission, via a variety of procurement routes in order to achieve completion for strategic occupancy dates.

Later Living

With the growth in Later Living projects, similar to our residential portfolio, they produce different challenges in provision of adaptive services and specification for ageing demographics. We have designed super-prime central London Later living schemes through to out of town green belt schemes. Developing sustainable developments for the future.

Residential

We have completed a huge number of small to major residential apartment block and urban regeneration schemes as small as 10no. units up to 2,000no. units. We completed one of London’s Largest Energy Centre’s and district heating systems serving 3,500 apartment units, with a full complement of MEP services to with the apartments. With the changes in Energy utilisation, phase out of CHP and phase in of ASHP on a large scale, this will change the platforms for heating and hot water generation.
