Premier House is an existing office building which is being fully refurbished in conjunction with Low Carbon Workplace (subsidiary of The Carbon Trust.) The building brief was to decarbonate the building to achieve a low carbon emission:-
- Predicated final building carbon emissions
- Ventilated Chilled beams
- Nocturnal cooling vent purge
- Exposed thermal building mass
- Duplex heat recovery on all air plant.
- Extensive thermal modelling studies
- Solar heat gain control studies
