Flatt's have been appointed by Solas/ Maracom, Almaren Plc Group Companies, to advise upon Energy Strategy, Design and Supervsion for Furze Street Resdential Development, for Central CHP Energy Centre. The scheme includes infrastructure services to four apartment blocks with heat interface units and central energy carbon monitoring systems.
